Slots open four at a time, roughly once a quarter. There is no standing queue — the form goes up when a batch opens and comes down when it fills.

Ranges reflect complexity — markings, gear, extra characters. A fixed quote follows once the concept is agreed, and nothing is charged before that.
Process
- BriefReferences and a description. A ref sheet plus two pose notes is usually enough to start.
- QuoteScope confirmed, fixed price given in writing. Nothing charged at this point.
- SketchRough pose and composition. Two rounds of changes included — the cheap stage to change your mind.
- First paymentHalf up front once the sketch is approved. SEPA transfer or Wise.
- Line and colourProgress at each stage. Small corrections fine; structural changes mean a new sketch.
- DeliveryFull resolution PNG plus a web-sized version, on second payment. Two to four weeks typical.

Before asking
Read the terms first. They cover revisions, cancellation, usage rights and the training-data clause, and they are short enough that skipping them saves no time worth having.
The most common way a commission goes wrong is a scope mismatch both sides assumed was obvious. The sketch stage exists to catch that while it is still cheap to catch.
